当前农业结构调整中值得关注的几个问题

在经济社会发展进程中 ,农业结构与产业结构、产业结构与经济结构、经济结构与社会结构都是相辅相成的。从我国农业的现状来看 ,农业结构调整将是一项长期的任务。当前的农业结构调整的重点要从我国农业发展面临的主要矛盾、现实基础、发展趋势出发 ,引深和扩大已有成果 ,在专业化生产、区域化布局、规模化经营的宏观层面上加大调整力度 ,同时解决好相关的组织结构、技术结构、社会结构和投融资结构的调整问题 ,使之与农业结构战略性调整相适应

Paying Attention to Several Issues in Adjusting Agricultural Structure at Present

In the developing course of economic society,agricultural and industrial structures,and economic and social compositions are supplement and complement each other.Acording to teh current situation of China's agriculture,adjustment of agricultural structure is a long-term task.At present,the main points of adjusting agricultural structure should start off from the major contradictions which China's agriculture faces,practical foundation and developing trend.We should extend and enlarge the achievements we have had,strengthen adjustment in the macrofields such as specialized production,regional layout and scalized management,and meanwhile deal with relevant structure of organization technological composition,social structure investment mix and other adjusting problems so as to make them suited to strategical adjustment of agricultural structure.
