| 摘 要： | 在阐明技术创新机制内涵的基础上,通过分析新时期国有企业技术创新的现状和原因,企业技术创新所面临严峻挑战有经济全球化,技术外包和R&D全球化,科技竞争力不足,进而提出了建立技术创新机制的对策思路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the mechanism intension of technological innovation,through analyzing the current situation and reason of technological innovation of state-owned enterprise of new period,Propose and set up technological innovation the countermeasure thoughts of mechanism and enumerate enterprise technological innovation severe challenge faced at present,such as economic globalization,R&D globalization and shortage of technology competence. |
