以“三个代表”思想为指导 促进高校管理的法治

高等学校应根据“三个代表”的思想对中国《高等教育法》规定的高等教育的方针做出新的诠释 ,并以此为指导促进高校各项工作的法治化 ;高等学校的各项管理工作应主动实现法治 ,摒弃人治的传统 ,以更好地实现高等学校培养高素质人才的目标。

Take the Thinking of "Three Representations" as the Guiding Principle to Promote Administration of Institutions of Higher Education by Law

The paper points out that it is imperative for institutions of higher education to make, according to the thinking of "Three Representatives", new annotations of the policy of higher education set by the "Higher Education Law" of China and to promote the rule by law for all the work of these institutions. Therefore, it is mandatory to implement the rule by law in an active way and quit the tradition of the rule by men so as to achieve the goal of institutions of higher education to cultivate high-quality talented people.
