| 摘 要： | 饭店企业员工尤其是优秀员工的流失问题一向是饭店企业管理者关注并需要认真对待的问题。分析了饭店企业员工流失的三个因素 ,探讨了饭店企业优秀员工流失使饭店经营面临的三大风险 ,提出了饭店企业留住优秀员工应实施的三种策略。
