On the Transformation of Hubei Office of Advice and Discussion from Performing Constitutionalism to Participating in the First Uprising of Wuchang

Hubei Office of Advice and Discussion was a reserved organization of provincial legislation which tried to perform the capitalist monarchical constitutionalism, but it suffered from setbacks again and again in the petition movement of the capitalist constitutionalism, and turned determinedly to revolution in its despair,the achievement of propelling the revolution forward in the First Uprising of Wuchang. The change of Hubei Advice and the Discussion Office's standpoint had very important effect on strengthening and enlarging the achievement of the First Uprising of Wuchang and furthering development of Xinghai revolution in whole China.
