| Abstract: | A study on the status quo of small town or city's development in Liaoning Province is carried on.Problems which exists in implementing the authorized size of small towns or cities are discussed and safeguards against it as well.Such measures of planning the authorized size have been proposed, based on the real development of small towns or cities in Liaoning province as technology safeguards,quality safeguards,funds safeguards,law safeguards,policy safeguards and management safeguards.The study will be meaningful in guiding Liaoning' s small towns or cities to develop on their healthy and orderly way. |
