| 摘 要： | 构建民族地区中小企业诚信体系需要政府创造一个积极的环境,企业间可以以诚信结盟,最主要的是企业要建立起诚信自律机制,要制定诚信经营的准则,企业家群体应该注重自律垂范,要加强诚信经营教育,不断建立和健全诚信经营的奖惩机制。
