| 摘 要： | 廉政建设贯穿各个领域,事关社会主义现代化建设全局。廉政体系建设在不断研究新情况、解决新问题中渐趋完善。对于廉政体系建设中惩治与防控、管人与管权、专项与整体、内修与外控、封闭与开放、技术与制度等基本问题仍需进一步思考与探索,以使廉政体系建设进一步完善,更好地实现推进党风廉政建设的战略任务。

| Abstract: | Construction of a clean and honest administration through various fields.The integrity system construction is related to the construction of socialist modernization.This construction gradually in perfect to continue to study new situations,solve new problems.Some fundamental problems of the integrity system construction,such as punishment and prevention,control the people and control the power,self-control and external control,close and open,technology and institution,still needs further consideration and exploration in order to make the system to further improve,to better achieve the strategic promotion of construction of a clean and honest administration. |
