| 摘 要： | 蓝鼎元将广东潮普地区视作＂海国＂。在这一＂海国＂社会里,海盗有其形成的缘由所在,其特殊的社会构成、一定的社会基础,在现实生活中产生了相当大的影响。他们之所以为知县蓝鼎元镇压,在于所处历史时代及其施政理念。蓝鼎元在海盗治理方面颇有政绩,但在海盗认知方面却不乏狭隘性与局限性,从反面意义上讲,这对于我们成功地走向海洋战略管理的时代不无益处。

| Abstract: | In early Qing Dynasty,being different from traditional mainland thinking,Chaoyang and Puning Area was seen as Sea Country by Lan Ding-yuan.In the Sea Country society,the formation of pirate was not accidental and his social composition was special.Moreover,the pirate had the certain social basis and the significant effect on real life.Because of historical times and administrative idea,Lan Ding-yuan compacted them.Although Lan Ding-yuan did very well in pirate governance,his cognition about pirate had parochialism and limitation.However,as the negative teaching material,this is good for us to develop towards the times of sea strategic management successfully. |
