| Abstract: | Regarded as one of the holiest music by Shamanists, Shamanic music is often performed when offering sacrifices and praying. It is taken as religious art and the core component of Shamanism that expresses peoples＇ awe toward the Manchu totem and longings. With great social and humanistic value, Shamanic music is one of precious intangible cultural heritages in China. |
