| Abstract: | After the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the frame of the state-owned capital management system has already come into being, but lots of concrete problems in this system need to be solved. The authors of this paper come up with some positive suggestions, and hope to promote the reform proceedings of the state-owned capital management system. |
