| 摘 要： | 当今,“政治文明”与“服务型政府”都是非常重要的政治语汇与学术语汇,但是两者没能实现理论“对话”与“链接”。库恩的“范式”理论给了我们新的启示,据此可以从观念范式层面的价值同构、规则范式层面的制度互动、操作范式层面的机制共建3个学术视角,对政治文明与服务型政府两个热点问题实现理论对接,以寻求学术增殖与学术创新。

| Abstract: | Currently,political civilization and service-type government are very important political and academic terms.Nevertheless,they two have not effected a theoretical"dialogue" and"linkage".On Khuen's "paradigm" theory,and concretely,from the perspectives of the value isomorphism at the level of the conceptual paradigm,the institutional interaction at the level of the rule paradigm and the joint mechanism construction at the level of the operation paradigm,the present paper conducts a theoretical integration between the two hot topics of political civilization and service-type government so as to realize an academic proliferation and innovation |
