| 摘 要： | 痄腮病名最早出现于宋代 ,《幼幼新书》作“诈 思页”、“胙 思页” ,《证类本草》作“吒腮”。其后在中医文献中又出现了多种写法及异名。参考《玉篇》、《广韵》、《集韵》等训诂专著 ,以训诂学中因声求义、以形说义的原则为指导 ,并结合疾病特征 ,试图深入剖析“痄腮”一名的源与流 ,以揭示其真正的内涵。同时结合现代医学的有关认识 ,对本病的西医病名起源加以简要分析
