| 摘 要： | 结合中国发展的实际情况,从社会发展、完善市场经济体制、加强党的执政能力建设等方面论述领导行为的现实意义;探索领导行为所具有的指明组织目标、搞好分工协作、有效激励群众和适应环境变化等主要功能;用系统分析的方法重点研究领导的决策行为、用人行为、组织指挥行为、激励行为、协调沟通行为和自我完善行为。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual domestic development,this thesis discusses the realistic significance of leading behavior from the aspects of social development,market economy perfection,and the Party's governing ability reinforcement.It expores the main functions of the leading behavior which include the organizational target instruction,job assignment, team cooperation,effective motivation and the environmental change adaptation.It employs the systematic analysis method to mainly study the leader's decision behavior,human resources employing behavior,organization and instruction behavior,motivation behavior,communication behavior and selfimprovement behavior. |
