| 摘 要： | 自第一次科技革命以来,英国、德国、美国和日本等世界强国先后崛起。它们的崛起,既有成功的经验,也有失误的教训,这对于今天的中国如何吸取其经验,避免其教训,实现中国的和平崛起具有十分重要的现实意义。
