| 摘 要： | 服务业跨国公司对母国就业的影响取决于对外直接投资之前母国企业的国际竞争力状况和对外直接投资之后对母国国内资本形成的影响等两方面的因素。服务业跨国公司可以创造或维持一部分母国就业,提高国内就业人员的熟练程度和技能水平,从而有助于国内就业结构的优化。

| Abstract: | The influence on homeland employment by multinational service corporations is attributed to homeland cor- porations' competitiveness before direct investment and effect of homeland capital formation after the direct investment. Multinational service corporations are conducive to the optimization of homeland employment structure by creating or maintain some job opportunities for domestic people. |
