| Abstract: | In relating to the written year of An Interpretation of Analects by Jiao Xun, Mr. Hu Shi and Mr. Qian Mu have different ideas. Based on the investigations, the author concluded that the preface of the former collected works was made in 1804 and the preface of the final block-printed edition was made in 1818 or 1819. |
