摘    要:应对气候变化的科学传播体系基于以受众为中心的环形互动的科学传播模式,由科学传播者系统、传播渠道系统、传播内容系统、传播受众系统和传播效果检验系统等五个子系统组成。构建应对气候变化的科学传播体系,应提高各级政府、决策部门和社会公众对应对气候变化的认识,扎实推进传播基础能力建设,加强宣传普及工作,发动全社会广泛参与。

Abstract:The scientific communication system ior addressing climate change is based on a circular interactive communication system centered in audiences and is made up of five parts: scientific communicator system, communication channel system, communication content system, communication audience system and communication effect-experience system. Construction of scientific communication system for addressing climate change needs to deepen understanding of governments at all levels, decision-making department and the public, to promote the construction of basic capacity, to strengthen the dissemination and mobilize the whole socie- ty to participate in.
