| Abstract: | According to the speed and the target of economic development in Hubei province,this paper,based on the current situation of cultivation and utilization of the talent resources,makes a forecast about the total talent requirement in the province and that in various industries.Then,it analyzes the feasibility of the educational capacity and financial support in conformity with the target of the social and economic development. |
