唐绍仪与中国现代化——以任内阁总理期间为例

关于中国现代化的研究,是近年来学术界研究的热点之一。目前国内学界对唐绍仪的研究较少。唐绍仪在任职中华民国首任内阁总理期间,采取了种种措施来维护民主共和,坚决反对专制独裁,甚至不惜牺牲个人利益,以自己的离职来对抗袁世凯为首的专制独裁势力。这种维护民主共和,推动中国现代化进程的功绩和精神,在国内学界却鲜有表彰,本文试图从唐绍仪的内阁施政、同专制势力的坚决斗争两个方面,来初步探讨唐绍仪对中国现代化进程的贡献。

Tang Shaoyi and Chinese Modenlization--Taking the Cabinet''''s Premier as the Example

The research of modernization of China is one of the focuses of the academic circles in recent years.However,studies on Tang Shaoyi are few and far between.Tang Shaoyi took all sorts of measures to safeguard the democratic republicanism during working as the first cabinet's Premier of the Republic,firmly objected to autocratic dictatorship,and he did not hesitate to sacrifice his own interests,so as to oppose the autocratic dictatorship force headed by Yuan Shikai.His contribution and spirit of promoting China's modernization is fresh to commend in domestic.This essay,from his government administration and his struggle with autocratic forces,analyses Tang ShaoYi's contribution to the process of Chinese modernization.
