我国社会集团的语言关系及其政策协调——论语言规划的研究对象与主要任务

语言规划的研究单元是社会共同体中的语言集团 ,研究对象与任务是确定各语言集团在社会共同体中的语言地位、协调其语言关系 ,提高全社会的语言交际效率 ,促进全社会的语言凝聚力 ;研究重点与难点是如何处理各语言集团之间的语言差异与冲突 ;语言规划的实施主体是政府机构 ,实施的手段是制定和实施相应的语言政策

Social Groups' Language Relation of Our Country and Its Policy Coordination--Research on Language Plan's Object and Main Task

In this paper the author considers that language plan's research unit is language groups of social community, its object and tasks of study confirm its language situation in social community for various language groups,coordinate its language relation,raise language communication efficiency in the whole society,and promote the whole social languages condensed strength;and its key point and difficulty of study is how to deal with the language difference and conflict among different language groups. The principal part of implementation for this language plan is government institutions and the implementation means is to make and carry out the corresponding language policy.
