| 摘 要： | 学杂费目前已成为大学生接受高等教育必须支付的开支,随着在校贫困生数目的急剧上升,实施贷学金制度,不仅能缓解日益增长的资助需求,而且克服了以往国家资助规模不大的局限,是一种符合市场经济价值取向的大学生资助制度。

| Abstract: | Tuition and miscellaneous fees are the expenses which college students must pay. Along with the drapid increase of the numbers in college students from poor families, the application of the student loans system not only releases the ever-increasing needs of sponsorship but also overcomes the limitations of insuffi- cient sponsorship. In short, it is a market economy value-based system. |
