生产性服务外化和资源共享的效率分析——基于马尔科夫过程的制度优化机理研究

生产性服务业与制造业关系密切。但简单地扩大生产性服务的比重,并不一定能够达到促进制造业发展和升级的目的。通过深入企业集群内部,运用马尔科夫过程模型,对制造企业自营服务和生产性服务外化形成的专业服务企业的运行指标进行机理分析,可以得出结论:发展生产性服务业必须注重系统优化设计;优化设计的基本思路是将生产性服务从制造企业中分离外化成立专业的服务企业,且企业应该形成一定的集聚,进行符合集群特点的、较为标准的服务运作;从制度供给的角度出发,应当营造有利于专业化服务企业生存和发展,并且形成集聚和资源共享的制度环境。

Externalization of Productive Service and Efficiency Analysis of Resource Sharing:Based on the Study of the System Optimization Mechanism of Markov Process

The productive service industry is closely related with the manufacturing industry,but the mere expansion of the proportion of the productive service will not definitely obtain the goal of promoting the development and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.By going into the interior of the enterprise group and applying the model of Markov process,the author analyses the operating targets of the self-managing service of the manufacturing industry and those of specialized service enterprises set up by externalizing the productive service,and draws the conclusion that attention must be paid to the system optimized design in the development of the productive service.The basic thought for the optimized design is to separate and externalize the productive service from the manufacturing industry to set up specialized service enterprises,which must congregate and operate in a standard way.From the angle of the system provision,it must create a system environment that is favorable to the survival and development of specialized service enterprises and to the congregation and resource sharing.
