基于ISO19001框架下的国内商业银行操作风险防范方案研究

尽管ISO19001在其他行业已被广泛采纳,但是由于涉及到金融安全等原因,一直未在国内银行业应用。随着国有银行股权改革的深入和信息披露力度的加强,ISO19001为防范银行操作风险提供了理论和操作层面上的有力依据。鉴于操作风险可能发生于银行经营管理的各个层面,ISO19001在国内银行业得以全面推广已成为可能。

PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE OPERATING RISK OF DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL BANKS BASED ON ISO19001

While used widely in so many fileds in our country ISO19001 has not yet been put in use by domestic banks in that it involves financial security.With the development of the stock reform in state-owned banks and information being disclosed increasingly,ISO19001 provides strong theoretical and operational basis for taking precautions against operating risk.Given that operating risk is likely to take place in very section of banks,there is much possibility of introducing it in an all-round way.
