| 摘 要： | 将安全意识纳入城市可持续发展战略,寻求人口与资源、环境、社会、经济系统的相互协调,实现共同安全和系统间的均衡发展已成为当前和未来城市管理的重要研究领域。本文以上海为例,从系统间视角分析了当前和未来人口发展过程中存在的安全隐患,并指出,人口与其它子系统的协调发展必须在相互适应、相互调节的过程中实现双向互动。

| Abstract: | Taking security consciousness into city sustainable development stratagem,questing conjunct harmony among the subsystem of population,resources,environment,society and economy,realizing common security and balanced development has become an important research area for city management nonce and in the future.Taking Shanghai as an example,this paper analyses the hidden trouble in population development,and points out that harmonious development among population and other subsystems need achieve conformity by adaptation and adjusting. |
