| 摘 要： | Improving a learner‘s listening ability of English is an important and long-term task. Based on the writer’teaching and learning experience, she points out in the paper that one should have a solid linguistic foundation of English, i.e. a good mastery of English knowledge including phonetics,grammar and lexicology.
