| 摘 要： | 中国以农业为本，饮食结构受农业经济形态的制约，尽管不同的历史时期的饮食结构不尽相同，但整体上说，形成了以素食为主的特点。从素食者的生理机能、性情、“礼”的饮食文化来看，膳食结构影响了天人舍一思维模式的形成。

| Abstract: | China is an agricultural country,and the Chinese diet structure is much affected by the agricultural economy.In spite of the preferences shown in different historical times,the Chinese are mainly vegetarian.The physiological functions and temperament of vegetarians and the diet culture of courtesy are much related to the thought integrating man with nature. |
