| 摘 要： | 危机和周期波动问题成为当前最受关注的领域.关于周期波动的根源以及危机形成机制的讨论和争执激烈.在集中研究引发经济波动源泉的各派经典观点的基础上,综述现代周期理论热点领域和关键问题,深入思考我国当前面临问题,形成观点:实体经济有自身运行规律;最优政策应是追求信贷、货币和金融部门执行长期一致的规则制度;重视实体经济发展的策略优势于虚拟经济发展的投机主义倾向;增加人力资本投资,顺应实体经济规律,停止干预资产价格波动是上策.

| Abstract: | Recently business cycle and economic crisis have drawn the greatest attention in academic study. Discussions and disputes focus mainly on the fundamental causes of business fluctuations and the formation mechanisms of economic crises. With an intensive study of the classic literature on the sources of business fluctuations,this paper sums up the hot topics and key issues in the business cycle literature.
