网络文化中的低俗现象及对策研究

网络文化发展中出现的低俗化现象,特别是网络上以网民自主发帖为特征的网络社区中,存在大量庸俗、低俗、媚俗等内容,大大降低了新媒体的文化品位,严重污染了网络文化环境。在从政府、媒介、网民等角度分析低俗化现象的基础上,提出从政府管理、网站自律、社会监督、技术应用、全民素养提升等几方面,建立抵制网络低俗内容的长效管理机制,净化网络文化环境,从而保证社会主义先进文化的前进方向,建立＂人网共生＂的和谐网络文化环境。
