| 摘 要： | 对于中小房地产经纪企业而言,虽然建立了企业内部网INTRANET及企业的WEB站点,但其中大多数仅停留在“网上黄页”的层面。因此,必须结合中小房地产经纪企业发展实际,建立以公共信息平台为基础,以电子商务系统为依托,以电子商务技术为核心,兼顾传统的电子商务运作模式,构建具有中小型房地产经纪企业特色的电子商务系统。

| Abstract: | Though the medium-mini-sized real estate agencies have set up their Intranets and Web sites, most of them serve as information platforms only. We should, according to the practical development of these real estate agencies and by combing traditional electrical business working mode, build an electrical business system characteristic of the medium-mini-sized agencies with the techniques of electrical business. |
