全球化语境下的当代中国

全球化正以一种不以任何人的意志为转移的发展逻辑和严峻现实而越来越受到国际社会的普遍关注.但冷战后以美国为首的西方发达国家所主张的全球化,是以资本主义为主导的以实现全球少数人利益为目的的资本征服整个世界的过程,因而对发展中国家的政府职能、民族主权、政治稳定、经济安全、文化主权等方面产生了深刻的负面影响.中国作为最大的并拥有巨大经济潜力和政治能量的坚持走社会主义道路的发展中国家,应从本国实际情况和国家民族利益出发来决定参与全球化的领域和战略策略,以最大限度地减少和消除全球化带来的负效应.

Modern China in the Context of Globalization

As an embodiment of the irreversible logic of development as well as the severe reality,globalization has increasingly won the attention of the international society. Yet the sort of globalization as advocated by the developed America-headed Western countries since the Cold War is marked by capitalist dominance and the desired capital conquest of the whole world in the interests of the very few. Thus, it has exerted a profound negative effect on the government role, national sovereignty, political stability, economic security, and cultural sovereignty of the developing countries. As the largest developing socialist country with immense economic potential and political energy, China needs to decide on its fields and strategies of participation in the globalization in accordance with its actual state of affairs and national interests in order to minimize any possible negative effects from the globalization.
