| 摘 要： | 陕西省属本科高校科学研究具有一定的优势,但同陕西其它高校与全国地方所属本科高校相比,仍存在较大差距.陕西省属本科高校科学研究的跨越式发展有赖于政府主管部门从宏观政策上进行引导与调整,加大经费投入,加强人才培养力度,使其充分发挥优势,突出特色.

| Abstract: | The research at Shaanxi provincial colleges and universities enjoy certain advantages, but at the same time there exist a big distance between them and other regional colleges and universities. The leap-forward development of the research at colleges or universities in Shaanxi Province relies heavily on the government's guidance and regulation in policies, increasing investment, strengthening talent training, bringing into fuller play the advantages and maintaining the characteristics, so that the gap can be shortened. |
