| 摘 要： | 金融资本对大生企业集团的发展起到了促进的作用，成效令人瞩目。但金融资本在大生企业集团迅速衰落的过程中也起到了推波助澜的作用。在当时产业资本不断与金融资本融合的历史条件下，大生企业资本与金融资本的这种依存关系有一定的合理性，对中国近代工业的发展具有现实的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This article mainly states how Mr. Zhang Jian used the financial capital to develop and strengthen his career. We all know that the financial capital was very important for Dasheng Co. However, the decline of Dasheng Co. was also attributed to it. At that time, the industrial capital and the financial capital had got united, and the relationship between Dasheng's industrial capital and the financial capital under such condition is of practical significance. |
