大学教师“应当”的道德追求

道德建设需要有一定的基础和环境,形成道德场。在和谐社会的建构中,大学教师一方面要充分利用校园优势建设道德,同时又要发挥自身优势加强道德建设。以深刻认知道德的“应当”为基始,以自觉道德的“应当”行动为诉求,以提升道德的“应当”境界为指向,在创造“人与校园互动效应”的道德场中,不断提升大学教师的德性涵养,铸就现代大学教师风范和师德精神,为培育新型的高素质人才而努力。

On the Moral Pursuit of College Teachers

Moral cultivation must be founded on a solid base and fostered in a friendly environment.In the construction of harmonious society,college teachers must,on one hand,fully utilize campus advantages to cultivate morality,and on the other hand,exert themselves to reinforce the moral cultivation.College teachers should have a thorough perception of the necessity of the moral cultivation and take necessary actions to elevate overall moral realm.
