家庭对农业劳动力流动作用的多因素分析--对甘肃省东乡族苜叶里社区的调查

家庭是构成社会结构的核心因素,社会成员的许多社会行动都是在家这张强有力的网的作用之下,做出的理性选择.本文着眼于我国欠发达少数民族农村社区,采取因子分析的方法,以笔者对东乡族苜叶里社区的调查资料为素材,对家庭在农业劳动力流动决策中的作用作了分析.最后得出的结论表明户农业劳动力的剩余量、预期的非农收入、户耕地面积、户农业纯收入等四大因素相互作用,共同构成了该社区107名农业劳动者流向城镇非农行业的合力.

The Multi-factor Analysis of Families' Function in Agricultural Labor Force Mobility: the Investigation of Muyeli Community of Dong-xiang People of Gansu Province

Family is the core factor of social structure since many social members' social behaviors are the rational choices made under the influence of families which have formed forceful nets. This essay focuses on our country's less-developed country community inhabited by the minorities and analyses the function of families performed in agricultural labor force mobility by factor analysis on the basis of the author's carefully gathered material of Muyeli Community of Dong-xiang People. And the conclusion is that the interaction of the agricultural labor forces' surplus in each family, the desired non-agricultural income, each family's farming area and each family's net agricultural income forms the joint forces attributing to the flow of 107 agricultural labor forces in the community into non - agricultural industry in the town.
