摘    要:人性假设,不仅仅制约着人们的管理实践活动,同时也决定着激励方法的选择与运用。学校文化是一种管理文化。教师是"文化人",符合马克思主义的人性观,体现了"人是文化的动物"的理念,也是由教师的职业特点决定的。

Abstract:The human-nature hypothesis not only affects people's practice of management, but also determines the choosing and utilizing of the methods of encouragement. School culture is a kind of managing culture. "Teacher-is-culture-worker"conforms to Maxism human-nature concept. It manifests the idea of "Human being is the culture animal". And this is decided by the characteristic of teacher's occupation.
