| 摘 要： | 技术哲学是对于技术的估价,技术估价以技术本质的解释为前提。本文试图通过对技术哲学史上关于技术解释与估价的几种主要方式,特别是一种历史的、系统的技术概念的分析、考察和评价,来提高我们对于这一问题的认识和行动的自觉性,同时对“技术时代”的难题及其可能的解决提出自己的看法。
