| Abstract: | A teacher＇s professional growth is an individual and internal professional promotion. It is a transition process which enables the teacher to be a member of teaching professionals and play a more and more mature role in teaching. Cultivating the teachers＇ teaching practical wisdom is not only the requirement of improving the teaching quality and promoting the students＇ growth, but also the requirement of accelerating self-development of our young teachers. Cultivation of the teachers＇ teaching practical wisdom has become the signifi- cant matter in colleges and universities. |
