多元评价是高考改革的必然趋势

多元评价是指在高考中运用多种方式和形式测试、评价学生的素质,并在招生时采用多种指标录取学生的一种评价制度。变一元评价为多元评价是高考制度改革的现实需求和必然趋势。我国对高考多元评价制度已有一定的探索,但对比现实需求和国外多元评价的先进做法,还存在许多突出问题。逐步建立和完善以统一文化考试为主,与多元化考试评价和选拔录取相结合的高校自我约束、政府宏观调控、社会有效监督的评价制度是我国高考制度改革的总体目标。

The Multiple-assessment Being the Inevitable Trend of the Reform of College Entrance Examination

Multiple-assessment is an assessment system testing students＇ qualities by different methods as well as admitting students according to different indicators during student enrollment in the college entrance examination. Turning singe-assessment to multiple-assessment is a practical demand and inevitable tendency in the reform of system of college entrance examination. China has made some exploration in multiple-assessment system of college entrance examination. However, there are some issues existing, compared with the practical demand and advanced overseas muhiple-assessment system. The overall target of the reform of system for college entrance examination is that we should gradually build and improve the assessment system of focusing on united cultural examination, with the characteristics of college self-restriction, government macro-management, and social effective supervision, which is combined with multiple examination assessment and enrollment.
