文化领导权与文化自觉语境下的农村文化建设

文化领导权理论指出：夺取和稳固政权必须牢牢掌握文化领导权，文化领导权获得的基本前提是民众的同意，依靠的主力军是有机知识分子，文化领导权的获得充满了斗争和妥协。党和政府要在农村区域获得牢固而持久的文化领导权，在农村文化建设中就必须牢固坚持AIE建设、培育乡村有机知识分子、再造农村文化自觉和自信，同时在农村文化建设中也要有所坚守和适度退场。

Construction of Culture in Countryside in the Context of the Cultural Hegemony and Cultural Self-consciousness

The theory of cultural hegemony states that ： to capture or consolidate the regime one must master the cultural hegemony. The basic precondition of mastering the cultural hegemony is to seek approval from the people, while the backbone to depend on is the organic intellectuals. The process of gaining the cultural hegemony is full of contends and compromise. To gain the cultural hegemony firmly and permanently in rural areas, the CCP Committee and the government must adhere to the construction of AIE firmly, foster organic intellectuals in countryside, reforge the self-consciousness and self-confidence of rural culture in rural areas and keep what should be stuck to and exeunt moderately in cultural construction in countryside.
