| 摘 要： | 魏晋南北朝时期，战乱频繁，在四个世纪中，我国长期处于南北分裂的状态。各民族不同文化相互碰撞与融合。人口的流动促进了南北各民族的融合，门阀士族制度发展至极盛，并形成了多元的文化与民间风俗。
