论青少年在台湾黑社会组织中的反功能与潜功能

青少年在台湾黑社会中的反功能和潜功能有三个方面:一是青少年组建黑社会组织使台湾黑社会内部出现冲突,一定程度上破坏了台湾黑社会既有的统治秩序和行为规范;二是青少年在成为台湾黑社会组织实施非法活动尤其是暴力活动的主要工具的同时,引发了黑社会组织与统治当局的冲突,从而导致统治当局持续性的扫黑行动,使台湾黑社会组织遭到沉重打击;三是青少年是台湾黑社会组织获得社会合法性的重要基础.

Counter - Function and Potential Function of Youth in Taiwan''''s Organized Crime Groups

The counter-function and potential function of young people in Taiwan's organized crime groups is shown in three aspects: (1) Young people set up the organized crime groups, leading to more conflicts within organized crime and disrupting to a degree its current order and behavior codes; (2) when young people become the tools of Taiwan's organized crime in carrying out illegal, especially violent, activities, they have initiated confrontation between the organized crime groups and the authorities, leading to the latter's continuous crack-down and the groups' severe losses; (3) young people are the important foundation for Taiwan's organized crime groups to obtain social legitimacy.
