| 摘 要： | 本试验用聚乙二醇 (PEG - 60 0 0 )溶液 ,模拟干旱条件 ,分别于种子萌发期和幼苗期对冰草属几种植物进行胁迫处理 ,测定了不同胁迫梯度下种子萌发率、发芽损伤率、胚根 /胚芽比值、膜的相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量等指标 ,据此综合地评定四种冰草的抗旱性。试验结果表明 ,加拿大冰草抗旱性最强 ,其次是沙生冰草和西伯利亚冰草 ,扁穗冰草的抗旱性最差。

| Abstract: | This experiment was made the stressing treatments to the some wheatgrasses in their seed germinating period and seeding stage by using PEG--6000 solution and simulating drought conditions.Meantime,this paper determined the germination percentage of these wheatgrass seeds,damage rate of germination,ratio of radicles and plumules,relative transmission of membrane,the content of free proline and other index.According to these index,the drought resistance of these wheatgrass was evaluated comprehensively.The result showed that the drought resistance of Canada wheatgrass was the strongest;the second was Agropyron desertorum and Agropyron sibiricum ;and the drought resistance of Agropyron cristatum was the weakest. |
