论网络时代教师的能力结构

摘    要:基于信息技术的发展与教育教学改革的实际需要,提出网络时代教师应具备的新的能力 结构。相对于传统能力结构,新的能力结构以现代教育理念为基,强调系统化教学设计能力、教学研究 能力、终身学习能力与一定的信息素养,同时赋予传统的教学实施、教学监控能力以新的内涵。

Abstract:Based on the development of information technology and the actual requirements of teaching reform,the article puts forward the new ability structure teachers should possess in the era of network. Relatively speaking to traditional ability structure, new ability structure takes modern educational idea as the basis, emphasizes systematic teaching design ability, teaching research ability, life-long learning ability and information quality. Traditional teaching implementing ability and monitoring ability have assumed new intension.
