以绩效为导向的企业文化构建

摘    要:绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心,对于提升企业的竞争力具有巨大的促进作用,但绩效管理导入我国后,在我国企业的推进却困难重重。原因是多方面的,最根本的是受到企业文化建设落后的限制。企业文化是企业的核心价值观,它对员工有很好的行为规范与引导作用;企业文化建设的实质在于通过企业核心价值观的培育和塑造,提升企业绩效;企业文化是绩效管理的基础,为保障绩效管理的有效实施,必须先建立起与绩效管理系统相匹配的高绩效企业文化氛围。

Abstract:As the core of human resource management,performance management plays a great role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises.But after entering our country,it is actually beset with many difficulties.There are many reasons and the most important is that it is constrained significantly by the corporate culture.The corporate culture is the enterprise's core value,which is the very good behavior standards and has guidance function to the staff. The corporate culture construction's essence is to promote enterprise's achievements through the enterprise's core values cultivation and it is the foundation for performance management.To safeguard the effective implementation of performance management,we must first set up the atmosphere of high-performance corporate culture which matches our performance management system.
