| 摘 要： | 对新时期的大学生进行思想政治教育,是素质教育的内容之一,对于培养高素质的社会主义事业建设者非常有必要.根据新时期大学生的特点,通过加强辅导员队伍建设、重视学生骨干力量的形成、发挥思想政治理论课与"隐蔽课程"的作用、创建网络思想政治教育平台等途径,可以使大学生思想政治教育工作取得令人满意的成效.
