| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育，首先应当明确素质教育的目标及其依据；其次，应当明确实现这样的目标的基本要求。只有如此，素质教育才能落到实处。本文就这些问题进行了探讨。

On the Goal and Basic Requirements of Diathetic Education |

| Abstract: | In order to carry out diathetic education, we should first understand its goal and foundation. Secondly, we should identify the basic requirements to realize the goal. This paper has analyzed related problems and put forward sug gestions in dealing with them. |
