| 摘 要： | 农民工留守子女,数目庞大,他们的教育问题,是我国教育特别是义务教育面临的新情况和新问题,可以说是一个历史阶段内的特有问题。从家庭、学校、社会三个环节有效地解决这一问题是建设社会主义新农村应有之义。
