| 摘 要： | 权利意识既体现为人们对权利现象的理性探索,又包括人们对权利的社会规范意义范围和实现手段的认知.从权利意识的基本成分来看,有权利认知、权利情感、权利评价、权利意愿和权利信仰.权利行为必然受到权利规范的引导和推动,而这些权利规范是通过权利意识的途径成为社会主体的行为.权利意识的形成与内化是现代社会法治的根本动力.

| Abstract: | Right consciousness is not only represented by the rational exploration conducted by people into the fight phenomenon,but also includes people's recognition of the significance,scope and realizing means regarding the social standardization of right.According to basic composition of fight consciousness,it is classified into fight recognition,right emotion,right appraising,right will and fight faith.Right behavior is certainly guided and promoted by right standardization,which becomes the behavior of social subjects through fight of consciousness. The formation and internalization of rights consciousness serves as the fundamental driving force for law govern- ance in the modern society. |
