我国涉外企业的跨文化整合策略

摘    要:经济全球化带动了企业国际化的蓬勃发展,然而,企业在跨国经营过程中会不可避免地碰到文化差异与文化冲突。根据目前所面临的具体问题和海尔等企业跨国经营的实践,涉外企业为化解文化冲突而进行跨文化整合的基本策略是:在做好调查研究的基础上,充分借鉴国外企业的先进文化,积极聘用当地具有文化整合能力的人才,同时加强对员工的跨文化培训。

Abstract:Economic globalization brings the internationalization of enterprise into the boom.However,they will face the difference and conflict from culture inevitably during the process of transnational operation.According to the present concrete issue and practical operating of different companies such as Haier,Chinese foreign enterprise cross-cultural intergration strategy to nuetralize the cultural conflicts is,on the base of prepared investigation,to fully utilize the advanced culture of foreign enterprise,positively employ the local talented person with the ability of intergrating and in the meantime strengthen the cross-culture training to employees.
